Ingredients :
carrot : 1kg
milk : 1 litre
sugar : 250g
ghee : 6-7 tbl spoon
elaichi : 3-4
raisins : 10
Method :
Grate the carrot and fry it with ghee until the water is evapourated.
now mix milk and cook for sometime,
Then add elaichi, sugar and cook for 5-7 minutes until the halwa turns deep reddish color.
serve hot by adding dry fruits .
