carrot halwa/gajar halwa

carrot halwa recipe carrot

Ingredients :

carrot : 1kg
carrot carrot halwa

milk  :  1 litre
carrot halwa milk

sugar :   250g



carrot halwa sugar










ghee  :   6-7 tbl spoon
carrot halwa ghee

elaichi  : 3-4
carrot halwa cardomom

raisins : 10
carrot halwa raisins




Method :


Grate the carrot  and fry it with ghee until the water is evapourated.


now mix milk and cook for sometime,


Then add elaichi,  sugar and cook for 5-7 minutes until the halwa turns deep reddish color.


serve hot by adding dry fruits .
