GONGURA MUTTON RECIPE

MUTTON RECIPE GONGURA
GONGURA MUTTON

INGREDIENTS :

Gongura leaves :4 bunches (fresh)

mutton :1/2 kg

ginger garlic paste :1 table spoon.

green chillies :3

onion : 1 cup (finely chopped)

Turermic powder 1Pinch

garam masala

Red chilli powder 1/2Teaspoons

coriander powder 1Teaspoons

Oil 2Tablespoons

salt as per taste






METHOD :

Take mutton in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water

Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder,salt and pinch turmeric powder to it.

close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Next take a pan pour 2 table spoons oil,add garam masala,onions and salt.

cook until it turns to golden brown.

now add ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder,green chillis and gongura leaves and mix well.

cook in a low flame for 5 minutes and add the cooked mutton to the mixture.

add some water and cook for 5 minutes and add coriander leaves.

now our recipe gongura mutton is ready to serve.
