PESARATTU vizag special

INGREDIENTS



To prepare batter we require;


2 cups green moong dal
pesarattu moongdal vizag

1 green chilly,
chilli pesarattu chillivizag

ginger½ inch .
ginger pesarattu vizag


jeera
jeera pesarattu vizag

salt as required
salt pesarattu vizag

for  topping
1  onion,
onion pesarattu vizag
1 green chili finely chopped

oil for frying the dosa
oil pesarattu vizag


METHOD:

1: Firstly, soak the moong dal for 5-6 hrs in a water.

2: Grind soaked moongdal into a smooth paste by adding green chilly, ginger, coriander leaves, salt with some water.

3.Now the batter is ready to prepare dosa (pesarattu)


4: Heat the pan then gently spread the batter in, to get round shape. Sprinkle some  finely chopped onions, green chilies over the dosa.

5:Pour oil drops after the dosa slightly heated.



6: Heat the dosa a couple of times till both sides are well cooked


7: Make all moong dal dosas this way.


8.Now serve Moong Dal Dosa(pesarattu) hot  with upma.
