COCONUT LADOO
INGREDIENTS
coconut : 4 cups finely chopped
sugar :2 cups
water : 1 cup
cardamoms :2 -3
METHOD :
mix the sugar with the water and dissolve it.
keep the sugar solution on stove and cook on a low flame.
after 5 to 10 minutes the solution will start to thicken and become comfortable to prepare the ladoos.
switch off the flame and add the coconut and cardamom powder to the sugar solution.
quickly stir well and make small balls .
note: make the ladoos when the mixture is hot/warm
