Ingredients :
cauliflower
maida 1cup
corn flour5 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
garam masala ½ tsp
red chili powder 1tsp
pepper powder 1/2 tsp
salt as required
water
oil for deep frying
METHOD :
first take water in a bowl and boil cauliflower , drain completely and keep it aside.
to prepare batter take a bowl and add maida ,cornflour,garam masala,gingergarlic paste, redchilli powder,
pepper powder and salt.
mix all these ingridents by adding sufficient water.
now add boiled cauliflower to the batter.
next heat oil in a pan and deep fry until it turns to golden brown.
garnish with grenn chillis and curry leaves.
gobi 65 is ready to serve hot.
